A few weeks ago, we had a client approach us about an exciting project. They were working on the preliminary designs of a Medical Library that would house some incredible technology, like digital autopsy tables and 3D printers.
Our client decided they wanted an interactive tour of the library, but they had an interesting request: They wanted the tour to have an automated feature. The new automated feature would guide the audience through the library without any effort on the viewers’ behalf, but would still enable the viewer to interrupt the guide and explore at their own pace. It was something that we had never done before, but were capable of and excited about trying. And it worked exactly as we’d hoped. Take a look (automation starts after ~5 seconds):
We often provide a list of rendering options to our clients so they can see our current offerings, but our capabilities aren’t limited to those options. The automated feature was something our client wanted and something we were capable of creating, but it wasn’t on our official list of rendering options at the time. That’s why we strongly encourage our clients to bring us whatever ideas and inspirations they have for their projects. While it might not be something we’ve done before, it’s almost always something we can create or replicate for your specific project. And who knows, maybe we’ll love it so much that we’ll add it to our official list!
